The Stanton Square project will comprise of mixed income housing development, including both rental and for-sale units, along with a non-profit Community Service Campus. Located on Pomeroy Road, in Southeast Washington, DC, this project will be constructed by Hamel Builders, selected by the Developer, as the General Contractor. Stanton Square will feature 121 affordable rental apartments and 42 three-story colonial style townhomes.
L.S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. (LSC) is charged with Compliance oversight for the project. LSC will serve as the liaison between the Department of Employment Services (DOES), the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), the Department of Small and Local Business Department (DSLBD) and Project Contractors to ensure that CBE and Employment participation quotas are achieved.
