GCS | Sigal was contracted by developer St. Elizabeth’s 1, LP, a joint venture of Flaherty & Collins Properties and the Anacostia Economic Development Corporation, to build 252 units of mixed income rental housing on the St. Elizabeth’s East Campus, as part of a broader redevelopment of 183 acres on the site of the former St. Elizabeth’s hospital.
L.S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. (LSC) was engaged to ensure compliance with all relevant contracting and employment goals set forth by the Government of the District of Columbia in accord with the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD), the Department of Employment Services (DOES), the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and the US Department of Labor regulations.
