Chas. H. Tompkins Builders (Tompkins) and the Tompkins/Cathedral/Miller Druck Joint Venture (TCM JV) selected L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. as Affirmative Action Officer for the concrete and exterior stone portions of the nearly one billion dollar International Trade Center/Federal Triangle Project. The firm performed a complete analysis and rewrote the submitted Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Program for these projects. By assisting Tompkins in identifying minority and women-owned firms for inclusion in this nearly one billion dollar project, L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc., the Project Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Officer, helped Tompkins to exceed all of its established participation goals well within the prescribed schedule.
