We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing administrative staff, and ensuring that all office systems are running smoothly. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of office management processes and procedures. We are looking for someone who is proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Position Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the office.

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Ensure that all office policies and procedures are followed.

Manage the office budget and ensure that all expenses are within budget.

Organize and maintain filing systems.

Manage staff schedules and ensure that all deadlines are met.

Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
- US Work Authorization (Required)
- Administrative Experience: 2 years (Required)
