L.S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. (LSC) was retained to plan an event to host a select number of Business and Trade Associations to discuss opportunities in contract work for the sustainable energy field. LSC’s vast knowledge, experience and involvement with small businesses, trade associations and other organizations, generated a generous participation rate.
Ameresco delivered comprehensive energy management solutions on both sides of the meter that drive energy efficiency, leverage renewable energy and achieved profitability and sustainability goals for our commercial, industrial, institutional and municipal customers.
Ameresco helped organizations meet complex energy management challenges with an integrated comprehensive approach to energy efficiency and renewable energy. Leveraging budget neutral solutions like energy savings performance contracts (ESPCs) and power purchase agreements (PPAs), they eliminate the financial barriers that traditionally hamper energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.
LSC was specifically charged with:
- Conducted outreach effort through phone calls, emails, and mailing blasts.
- Managed pre-registration.
- Arranged seating and created floor plan.
- Teamed up with local vendors to provide food and refreshments for the breakfast.
- Conducted a participant survey before and after the event to provide client analytical data to assist with future event planning.
