L. S. Caldwell & Associates, Inc. (LSC) represents NV Homes who is going to build approximately fifty (50) single family homes on the old Walter Reed grounds in NW, DC. Vertical construction is scheduled to begin during the 2nd calendar quarter 2022.
We are specifically looking for CBE electrical and plumbing subcontractors who have experience in the new construction of residential homes. A general overview of the requirements is bringing electric and plumbing into each home from main-lines on the street.
Attached are all of the pertinent requirements applicable to each CBE who has a capability and desire to render a quote to NV Homes. As you will see from the attachments, aside from specifications related directly to the work, there are minimum business insurance as well as business administration requirements to qualify to be considered for subcontracts.
Important: That you fill out the “New Vendor Approval Form” to be consider as a Subcontractor (see attachment)
Please note that Sewer & Water, Groundworks and Rough Plumbing as well as Plumbing Final are a part of requirements for bring the plumbing into the new homes from the street.
